SUMMER LEAGUES

Community Lanes is gearing up for a busy summer, beginning in May. Our Summer Leagues kick off during the first week of May, featuring several different leagues.

Monday Night Doubles No-Tap League

Tuesday Night 3 Person Mixed League

Thursday Night Sport Shot Series – 3 PBA and 3 PWBA patterns two short, two medium and two long 2 weeks of each.

Saturday or Sunday Adult/Child League

Tuesday Night Corn Hole – We’re planning to launch Corn Hole and Horseshoe leagues on Tuesday nights. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are reserved for open bowling, letting the Kids Bowl for Free program use weeknights.

On May 16th and 17th, Community Lanes will host a fund-raising event aimed at enhancing the bowling experience. The festivities kick off on May 16th with an entertaining doubles tournament featuring a 9 Pin No-Tap game, Scotch Doubles, and a lively game filled with laughter. Teams are open to everyone, with no restrictions or handicaps. That evening, enjoy DJ music and karaoke while bowling under new lighting for a chance to win $1 off, $2 off, $3 off, or even free games by hitting colored pins.

Strike Fest 2026 will be held on May 17th. During the event, participants will have three minutes to bowl as many strikes as possible across two lanes. The competition will feature separate divisions for men, women, and bowlers with an average exceeding 200.

Family Fun League

Monday 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

This league is for workers and their consumers.
Bowl 3 games
Fee is $13.00 per week ($10 fee and $3 prize fund)

Nicholson Pharmacy 3 Man League

Monday 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

3 bowlers per team
Points based on a 28 point system.
Fee is $20.00 per week ($11 fee and $9 prize fund)
Duration 26 weeks. Starts first Monday after Labor Day.

Tuesday 4 Person League

Tuesday 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm

This league consists of 4 bowlers, any combination of men or women.
Fee is $15.00 per week ($11 fee and $4 prize fund)
Duration 31 weeks. Starts first week in September.

Coffee League 3 person

Wednesday 10:00 am

3 bowlers per team, any combinations
Fee $14 per week ($10 fee and $4 prize fund)
Duration is 20 weeks; runs from October to end of February

Special Olympics practice session

Wednesday

Duration is 12 weeks
Affiliated with ARC Allegany County
Individuals need to sign up through ARC.

Wednesday No-Tap Doubles

Wednesday 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

This league is set up for 9 pin No Tap for Men and Women
Fee is $15.00 per week ($11 fee and $4 prize fund)
Starts the first week of October.
Duration 26 weeks

KC Swann 5 Man League

Thursday 6:00 pm to 9:oo pm

Teams of 5 men
Points are based on a 30 point system.
Fee is $20.00 per week ($11 fee and $9 prize fund)
Starts first week in September.
Duration 31 weeks

Every Other Week #1 and #2 No Tap Doubles

Saturday Times?

8 pins for Women and 9 pins for Men
Great for beginner bowlers that are not sure about leagues or commitment.
Duration 17 weeks – 16 weeks of play, 17th week is the Year End Awards
